Your Opportunity, Your Team You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven optimization of paid media and marketing investments across Cornerstone Brands. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for delivering rigorous measurement, test design support, and actionable insights that inform marketing performance, incrementality, and investment decisions. You will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics. Where You'll Work This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Ohio and Kentucky This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, Ohio Corporate Office as needed. What You'll Do This is a multi‑faceted individual contributor role with responsibility for the following key areas: Day‑to‑day measurement support for Paid Media and Email Labs, partnering with brand and channel leads to design tests, validate methodologies, measure incremental impact, and translate results into clear business implications. LiftLab Media Mix Modeling measurement support, including data integrity validation, modeling support, and reporting to inform optimization of marketing spend across four brands representing over $100MM in annual media investment. Measurement and analysis of Customer, Channel, and overall Marketing Mix programs, with a focus on understanding impact on customer file health and other key performance indicators. The Marketing Analyst collaborates closely with Paid Media, CRM, Transformation Lab Members, and external agency partners. What You'll Bring Three years of digital advertising experience preferred Strong understanding of Google and Meta platforms Strong understanding of CRM programs like Email and SMS Ability to gather and analyze data and create reports Prior experience with marketing platform variant testing design and analysis Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Highly organized with strong project management and time management Strong analytical, planning, modeling, forecasting and research skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated understanding of core Digital Marketing and CRM KPIs, including how they connect business and financial outcomes. Strong analytical foundation with familiarity in testing, incrementality measurement, and marketing effectiveness best practices. Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non‑technical and executive audiences. Strong communication skills with the confidence to present insights, influence stakeholders, and challenge assumptions using data. Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence outcomes without formal authority. Comfort working with ambiguous problem statements, evolving data, and imperfect information while exercising sound analytical judgment. Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools, with demonstrated competence in data analysis and modeling. Intellectual curiousity and a continuous learning mindset, with the ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and measurement approaches.
