Full description
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Digital Growth Commerce to advance the commercialization and growth of our digital business. You'll lead strategy and execution across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sites, professional / wholesale e-commerce, marketplaces, digital acquisition, and customer lifecycle programs. The mandate is to grow profitable digital revenue, acquire and convert the right customers, and build long-term customer value.
This is a player-coach role: you'll lead a small team, set the digital growth strategy, and own the numbers. You’ll stay close enough to the work to read data, analyze performance, and manage outcomes directly. You'll work collaboratively with Brand Marketing, Creative, Education, Product, Sales, and Operations to make sure every digital touchpoint reflects our positioning in the luxury skincare space while delivering measurable business results.
Key Details:
- Where You’ll Work: Hybrid – this role will work from our Bellevue, WA headquarters 3 days/week and from home the remainder. Additional on-site presence may be required to support team collaboration, meetings, and other business needs. Please note that HydroPeptide will be relocating its headquarters to Downtown Seattle in Spring 2027, and this hybrid schedule will continue at our new location.
- Your Hours: Full-Time working typical Pacific Time business hours will require some flexibility including evenings weekends on occasion.
- Physical Demands: This role primarily involves computer and desk-based work but may occasionally require standing for extended periods.
- Travel Expectations: Minimal travel
- Compensation: $135,000 - $140,000 with annual bonus potential
