What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners who need solutions to basement, foundation, and concrete problems.
• Inspect homes, identify concerns, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that make a real difference.
• Create customized proposals and confidently present your recommendations.
• Build relationships, earn trust, and turn opportunities into sales.
• Manage your schedule, follow up with customers, and take ownership of your success.
• Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing training at our Menasha office.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
