Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will provide expertise in mortgage pricing and execution while managing relationships with key lender partners. You will evaluate market conditions, transaction economics, lender needs, and competitive dynamics to develop strategies that balance return, risk, and business objectives. You will advise on pricing and execution opportunities, lead time-sensitive transactions, and collaborate with internal partners to develop solutions that support lender needs and broader Capital Markets objectives. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Advisor, Account Executive - Capital Markets, Pricing and Execution role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of lender relationships, providing expertise on pricing and execution. Develop lender-specific strategies that balance returns, competitive positioning , and risk considerations. Understand lender needs, execution preferences, and competitive alternatives to inform pricing and acquisition strategies. Identify opportunities to grow profitable business across existing and emerging execution channels. Evaluate market conditions, transaction economics, and competitive dynamics to inform pricing and acquisition strategies. Lead time-sensitive transactions from initial opportunity assessment through execution and follow-up. Gather and communicate lender and competitive market intelligence to inform broader business strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that address lender needs and enterprise objectives. Monitor lender performance and execution trends to identify opportunities and risk. Contribute to enhancements in pricing tools, analytics, execution capabilities, and business processes. Independently manage competing priorities while demonstrating sound judgment, responsiveness, and a strong focus on execution. THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Required Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in mortgage capital markets, secondary marketing, mortgage banking, fixed income, or a related financial markets function. Bachelor’s degree; finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred. Demonstrated experience with mortgage pricing and execution, including knowledge of whole-loan and/or mortgage-backed securities (MBS) execution. Experience managing lender, client, counterparty, or other external business relationships, with the ability to understand customer objectives and develop appropriate execution strategies. Demonstrated ability to evaluate transaction economics, market conditions, competitive alternatives, and risk/return tradeoffs to support pricing and business decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage and execute time-sensitive transactions requiring sound judgment, responsiveness, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex market and transaction concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make well-reasoned decisions in a dynamic market environment. Desired Skills / Experience: Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac agency mortgage execution, including whole-loan and MBS delivery channels. Experience collaborating across functions such as Capital Markets, Risk, Pricing, Analytics, Sales/Account Management, Product, or Operations. Understanding of mortgage prepayment behavior/prepayment speeds and the impact of borrower, loan, collateral, and market characteristics on mortgage valuation and execution. Experience evaluating credit risk, interest-rate risk, prepayment risk, liquidity, and relative value in mortgage acquisition or execution decisions. Experience developing lender-specific pricing or acquisition strategies that consider profitability, risk, competitive positioning, and relationship objectives. Knowledge of lender secondary-marketing strategies and competitive execution alternatives, including how lenders evaluate agency, aggregator, whole-loan, and MBS execution options. Experience using market and analytical tools such as Bloomberg, Excel, Tableau, or mortgage pricing/analytics platforms. Experience using data and market intelligence to identify portfolio trends, lender opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging execution opportunities. Experience contributing to the development or enhancement of pricing models, execution tools, analytics, or capital markets processes. Established relationships or experience working directly with mortgage lenders, secondary marketing teams, traders, or other mortgage-market participants. Capital Markets – Market Transactions – Advisor This position is designated as sensitive and requires the incumbent to undergo an initial background investigation and periodic re-screenings based on role sensitivity and company requirements.
